We are looking for a Associate Consultant - Recruiter to join us for our November training academy


At Spencer Ogden, we help the world's most prestigious companies solve their talent challenges We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team and deliver a first-class service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


- Provide guidance and support to the team in sourcing and matching candidates.

- Confidently pitch candidates to clients over the phone to secure interviews based on recommendations.

- Build and maintain a network of senior candidates (both passive and active) through networking and headhunting.

- Gather detailed job specifications from clients to understand their candidate needs beyond just skills.

- Screen candidates over the phone, evaluating their skills, experience, competency, and motivation.

- Match candidates to client vacancies and submit suitable profiles while maintaining strong CV-to-interview ratios.

- Write compelling job advertisements and promote them to attract high-quality candidates.

- Handle candidate inquiries and assess potential fits.

- Arrange interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring both parties receive comprehensive information.

Requirements:


- Motivated individuals with a proactive mindset.

- 0-1 years of recruiting experience.

- An entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving skills.

- Ability to take initiative.

- Must have permanent working rights in the USA upon application.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and listening skills.
