What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Collaboration: Partner with account managers to understand client requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, and more, to attract top-tier talent.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates through interviews and screening processes to ensure alignment with client needs and company culture.
- Talent Matching: Identify and present candidates who meet the technical and interpersonal requirements of client roles.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and beyond.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Process Facilitation: Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Experience is not required—0-1 year in recruitment or related fields is a plus, but we’ll train you from the ground up

- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not essential.
