We've partnered with a dynamic firm that's making waves across Chicago, and they're looking for a Recruiting Consultant to join their team on a hybrid basis In this role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers nationwide, leading full cycle recruiting efforts and building a robust talent pipeline to support the company's rapid expansion.

Recruiting Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers
  • Source and screen qualified talent for positions in leadership, technology, sales, HR, administrative and more
  • Partner with hiring managers to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Utilize the company's applicant tracking system and social media tools to find the best candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, manage schedules and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams

Recruiting Consultant Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in contract or full-time roles, with a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing tools
  • Ability to independently manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage
