Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will support Quality Manager in all aspects of the Quality Management System in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 


Essential Job Functions

The responsibilities include audits to evaluate compliance to internal procedures, standards and regulations, developing and implementing corrective actions to drive continual improvement and Company quality culture. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in training, managing records, document control, supplier management, quality KPI collection and analysis, and developing quality metric reports, as needed.


Educational and Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, analytical, or related technical activities.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Knowledge of ISO-9001 Quality System Standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong data collection and analysis skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of basic root cause investigation methodologies

Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously inspect processes and documents.

Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Problem-solving skills

Communication: Proficiency in clearly conveying information and recommendations to team members and management.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Organizational Skills: Effective at managing multiple tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance. Self-starter

·      Training Ability: Experience or aptitude in developing and delivering training programs.

·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a team player.

·      Demonstrated ability to handle multiple technical assignments and prioritize effectively.

Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving needs of the Quality Department.

Work is performed on-site.


Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
