We are a team of experienced HR professionals offering payrolling, staffing, pre-screening, international services, and overall HR-related solutions for temporary workers and contractors. Our dedication to customer service and focus on utilizing technology for streamlining processes is our core philosophy.
We are seeking a very organized and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Staffing division. You will play a crucial role in the support of the Staffing team. You will assist the Director of Staffing and Recruiters with overall administrative support. The right candidate should be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the differences each day brings
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Director of Staffing by reorganizing and streamlining department/training materials, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing recruitment projects and other administrative tasks as needed (20%)
· Support global partners and end clients with coordination of interviews, creating intriguing job descriptions, follow-ups with candidates and clients and other administrative tasks as needed (40%)
· Support Recruiters with coordination of interviews (20%)
· Assist Director with reporting such as weekly audit reports, recruiting metrics and ad hoc reports (10%)
· Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed (10%)
· Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS
· Provide feedback and suggestions for improving recruitment processes, candidate and client experiences
Qualifications & Skills
· 1-3 years of experience supporting fast-paced teams, recruiting support preferred
· Demonstrate strong proactivity and forward-thinking by anticipating challenges and opportunities, and devising strategic plans to address them before they arise
· Experience with an ATS and HubSpot or relevant ATS/CRM tools and a high level of accuracy
· Ability to troubleshoot, think creatively, multi-task, and work effectively in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.
· Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
