Position Description

  • Analyze data and present data-driven insights to lead decision making, track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Identify and manage risk to ensure successful delivery.
  • Deliver executive level project reports for management.
  • Develop project proposals and requirements.
  • Collect and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Develop project management artifacts and drive internal and external change management activities
  • Design project framework and governance model to ensure efficient and effective project implementation.

Ensure project progress is on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business requirements.



Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • PMP Certification
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments
  • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and/or change management.
  • Experience leading projects that manage new product development and/or integration of systems
  • A high degree of experience using Microsoft products (Project, Visio, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience implementing Benefits, HCM, Payroll, or ERP systems
