Mid-Level Agency Account Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mid-Level Agency Account Manager to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. As a Mid-Level Agency Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating them to internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and develop strategic plans to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, digital, and account services to execute client projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions for clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.


Senior Agency Account Manager

Experience Level: 4+ years


Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Agency Account Manager to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. As a Senior Agency Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing the successful delivery of services. You will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing and advertising, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a client-facing role within an agency setting.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
