Purpose of the Team: The Supply Chain Operations Management (SCOM) organization within CSCP manages manufacturing operations and fulfillment with external supply chain partners. Key Projects:

  • Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, cost, and efficiency.


Typical Day in the Role:

  • Act as a key link between the Capacity Planning Team and the Build Order & Fulfillment Team, responsible for stabilizing supply-demand shaping.
  • Utilize data and analytics for supply matching to capacity planning and customer demand requirements.
  • Establish and define key metrics and performance indicators to drive process improvements.


Responsibilities:

  • Focus on demand-supply shaping activities to drive the execution and delivery of finished goods to global data centers.
  • Maintain company inventory, minimizing both overstock and out-of-stock occurrences. Analyze the supply and demand of the company's products and forecast.
  • Monitor inventory supply and design and implement tools for inventory management.
  • Develop and drive company internal and external key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
  • Achieve delivery performance targets to support business needs, while consistently evaluating opportunities and supporting process updates to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Manage and communicate trade-offs between supplier and business needs within the company.
  • Manage continuous improvements and process initiatives in parallel to day-to-day business operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Years of Experience Required:
  • Minimum 4-7 years’ supplier management experience in an electronics or high-volume supply chain and/or applicable manufacturing/hardware production environment.
  • Minimum of 4+ years in program management and data analytics.
  • Degrees or Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Ops/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in related fields.
  • Current experience in IT/high-tech electronics or manufacturing/service supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities, set clear expectations, collaborate, and deliver feedback effectively.
  • Strong project management skills involving multiple global system integrators and internal partners. High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities and escalations. Strong customer-focus and attention to detail.
  • Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve supply chain performance.
  • Skilled in customer relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong skills in root cause analysis/problem-solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies.
  • Ability to work well in ambiguous situations and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes.
  • Support organization-wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility; leveraging others effectively to support internal business team goals.
  • MS/MBA preferred.
