POSITION SUMMARY:

The Applications Analyst specializes in overseeing applications that bolster business operations, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and expertise in vulnerability and patch management. This role demands strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, address technical challenges, and devise effective solutions, whether through vendor collaborations (projects) or internal tool development (reports, dashboards).


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage applications including licensing, renewals, ITLA, mergers, and patches.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application faults and errors.
  • Backup and upgrade existing applications.
  • Ensure application security.
  • Conduct testing of applications and document outcomes.
  • Act as IT stakeholder in PMO projects.
  • Address troubleshooting Help Desk tickets.
  • Support the Network team.
  • Innovate and explore efficiencies.
  • Maintain consistent attendance during assigned working hours.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant experience in MECM/SCCM, MS Power Platform, IT Patch Process.
  • Previous experience in a law firm environment preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in setting up and configuring application services.
