Our client, a Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Treasury product Analyst:


Position Overview:

The Treasury Product Analyst will play a crucial role in advancing and managing the Bank's commercial banking and treasury management services, focusing on developing, onboarding, and enhancing business banking tools and sub-services. This role emphasizes the continuous evolution of Treasury Management and Business Banking capabilities, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver superior client experiences and digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Management: Lead the development, adoption, and growth of Treasury Management offerings, working closely with Bankers, Digital Solutions, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Client Services teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and operational excellence.
  • Client Experience Champion: Serve as an advocate for client experience by ensuring superior product setup, digital delivery, and operational execution, while providing clear communication and functionality insights to clients, sales teams, operations, and vendors.
  • Business & Technology Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, transforming business requirements into functional solutions to support seamless product rollouts with technology teams and vendors.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with third-party fintech providers, integrating their solutions into the bank’s existing infrastructure to advance Treasury Management capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to support both technical and operational implementation of products and services, collaborating with vendor-partners to identify top-tier solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Review, revise, and create business processes and procedures to foster institutional knowledge and operational efficiency across products and services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage clients and internal stakeholders to assess current product offerings, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize appropriate solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Leverage customer feedback and market insights to drive continuous product innovation, ensuring digital interfaces exceed client expectations and enhance user experience.
  • Trend Identification & Problem Solving: Identify patterns, trends, and gaps in processes, proactively addressing issues and taking ownership of challenges.


Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 3+ years in banking (operations, product, support, or sales), with at least 1+ year in Treasury Management Operations or Sales preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of banking systems and products, with familiarity in technology infrastructure terms (e.g., user interfaces, APIs). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail to minimize risk. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities to effectively meet multiple demands and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively liaise across teams and with clients.
