As an Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with business clients in the Cleveland area. You will identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Present products or services to potential clients through in-person meetings
  • Execute sales and acquire new customers/clients

Sales Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Sales Administration:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales department, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
