We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for our continued growth and will focus on enhancing our product customization pipeline and relationships with key partners, among other sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in product customization and a background in the food and beverage (F&B) or hospitality industry will be highly regarded.


This is an in-person position that will report to our Miami Beach or Chicago office location Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Serve as a key player in our product customization process, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively, handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to remain competitive and innovative.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years inside sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Experience with CRM software and familiarity with its features and capabilities for sales tracking, customer management, and reporting.
  • Experience in product customization, F&B, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
