Job Description: ORANGE COUNTY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE


As an Account Executive at SnapNHD, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. You will leverage your sales experience, knowledge of the real estate industry, and public speaking skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our services. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in our team, bringing an energetic, fun, and motivated approach to achieving sales success. Your role will also involve a significant social media presence, where you will engage with customers, share valuable content, and promote our brand across various platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and promote SnapNHD's services through networking, industry events, and marketing efforts in real estate brokerages & escrow offices..
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
  • Manage and grow SnapNHD's social media presence, ensuring active engagement and community growth.
  • Create compelling content that highlights the benefits of our services and educates the audience about natural hazard disclosures.
  • Provide feedback from clients to enhance product functionalities and the customer service experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets consistently.


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the real estate sector.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and its regulations.
  • Energetic, fun, and motivated personality with a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
