  • :The ideal candidate must have significant experience working in a law firm environment with a firm that deals with hundreds of invoices per day, specifically in managing both operations and finance/accounting functions. Would love someone from an insurance defense firm
  • .They need to be someone who has worked in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and is familiar with the challenges specific to law firm operations
  • .Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 4 years in a management role
  • .Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA is highly preferred, as the firm is looking for someone who can provide strategic financial leadership
  • .Skills: The candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, the ability to collaborate with various teams, and the ability to drive change and improvement within financial operations
