Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account Executive at Thompson Safety, located in Boston, MA. As an Account Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include developing new relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a proactive approach to sales.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of safety products and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
