Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a paid social strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, integrating superior performance versus 3rd party affiliates across all business units.
  • Build a sustainable and profitable business in the paid social channel.
  • Apply “how can we automate this” to all redundant and repetitive tasks supporting the channel.
  • Leverage AI for the content and ad creation using seed images and videos curated by business resources.
  • Leverage internal or 3rd party solutions to streamline the ad creation process to be able to maximize scale at the lowest cost possible.
  • Own your budget, strategy and business direction for the paid social channel.
  • Have a passion for testing and learning new and innovative ways to approach old challenges.
  • Deep understanding and passion for continuous learning of ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram and other relevant social channels.
  • CRO, LPO and A/B testing need to be part of your passion and an integral part of how you find success.
  • The ability to manage and negotiate with external vendors will be a key part of your success.
  • Deep understanding of data and analytics across web analytics platforms and data visualization solutions to create the actionable reporting and insights needed.


Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful paid social strategies, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in paid marketing.
  • Strong understanding of AI integration for content and ad creation, as well as the ability to leverage automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using web analytics platforms and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Passion for testing, learning, and applying new and innovative approaches to overcome traditional challenges in the paid social landscape, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
