We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our Windows applications for our cutting-edge product lineup. Working closely with a talented team, this role focuses on evolving and maintaining our RAP/Drive/ScanSafe solutions, ensuring robust code quality through meticulous reviews and extensive unit testing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Continuously enhance and maintain all facets of the RAP/Drive/ScanSafe solutions, encompassing applications, services, and DLLs.
- Engage in collaborative code reviews to uphold high standards and foster team cohesion.
- Develop comprehensive unit tests for both existing and newly implemented code.
- Provide detailed and accurate effort estimations as needed.
- Regularly update task statuses using TFS, JIRA, or Confluence platforms.
- Embrace agile development methodologies to support concurrent projects across different teams.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation for both current implementations and new initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, coupled with a minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET C#, C++, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Web API Integration.
- Mastery of WPF and MVVM development.
- Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development practices.
- Experience in developing Windows-based web and PC software applications.
