The Goals and Challenges of this Role:

  • Proven ability to perform targeted industry research that ‘connects the dots’ between AT&F’s core competencies and customer requirements
  • Ability to develop solid and trusting internal company relationships
  • Proven experience in reading complex drawing packages and RFQ’s to identify proper fit
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate tactfully & strategically
  • Knowledge of how to use various social media platforms for relationship building
  • Proven ability to use the written word in different settings appropriately to achieve your objective
  • Track record of success in working both independent to, as well as interdependent within a team
  • Direct personal selling to new and existing accounts
  • Acquire new customers and close orders
  • Lead aspects of the BD and sales process, solution development, proposal delivery, close, implementation, follow up
  • Refer opportunities for growth on services and products to other company sales resources and divisions
  • Plan and execute sales strategy and tactics for AT&F Wisconsin
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Achieve sales quotas and profit margins
  • Ability to travel
  • Assistance with Project Management of current customers
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Should Bring to this Role:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering or Management Required.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience in Industrial business development and selling in metal related industries.
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, CRM, other business programs
