Content Marketing Manager

ValidiFI is seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for developing tailored digital marketing content to help execute marketing campaigns, create sales enablement and industry specific content. Through data-driven optimization, your work will enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable results for ValidiFI.
What you’ll do
- Create compelling industry content: Develop blogs, industry web pages, social media, case studies, videos, and client success stories that align with ValidiFI’s high-growth industries.
- Lead email campaigns: Plan, build, and execute industry specific email campaigns that support our GTM strategy, driving engagement and pipeline growth.
- Generate and nurture leads: Collaborate with enablement and business development teams to create content and run organic and paid campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and position ValidiFI as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with thought leaders: Work with internal experts to turn insights into high-impact content that tackles key business challenges and sparks strategic conversations.
- Manage projects: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports broader marketing initiatives. (We use Asana)
- Boost brand visibility and SEO: Elevate ValidiFI’s digital presence with SEO-optimized content that improves search rankings, attracts new audiences, and drives engagement.
- Analyze and optimize: Use analytics to refine content strategies, improve campaign performance, and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Drive innovation: Introduce new ideas and approaches to content creation, keeping ValidiFI at the forefront of the market and customer engagement.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on content creation and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, particularly in driving lead generation and conversions through content.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborative experience working with teams like sales, product and client success.
- Experience with digital paid media campaigns is a plus. Comfort using data and analytics to adjust content strategies and improve performance.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Account Engagement, Hootsuite.
