  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze different types of data and information.
  • Ability to investigate matters and make recommendations to effectively resolve issues in a manner that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be able to prioritize workload.
  • Effective and accurate record keeping.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MICROSOFT office products
  • E-commerce familiarity
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish


Primary Duties:


  • Will work closely with Sr. Account Executives in all aspects of servicing accounts.
  • Answer phones and emails in timely professional manner.
  • Review quotes, vendor agreements, and customer required documentation for accuracy.
  • Obtain from Plant Manager or warehouse samples for customers in a timely fashion.
  • New customer / item set up process.
  • Communicate with various departments internally as well as companywide.
  • Maintain a positive customer relationship to assure continued business.
  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders.
  • Handle customer complaints from beginning to end.
  • Prepare and submit credit memos with proper back up.
  • Maintain accurate customer files electronically as well as hardcopy.
  • Backup Customer Service positions.
  • Participate in continued improvement process.


Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma / GED equivalent
  • 1– 3 years sales support
