Description

As a Senior Producer, you will coordinate, supervise and strategize for projects that involve various types of experiential work, delivering best-in-class results.


Ideally this candidate will have experience delivering projects across a range of industry disciplines – events (live and virtual), content production, fabrication, creative and digital. 


What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the production of experiential projects from initial brief/pitch-stage, through to delivery – supporting in developing cutting-edge, scalable creative solutions for client briefs, and helping to pitch them.
  • Lead on defining, scoping and estimating financials of projects.
  • Lead on structuring presentations, and project documentation, including project timelines and progress reports, metrics and analytics.
  • Manage, foster and build client relationships.
  • Work independently and hand-in-hand with the other project and business owners across creative, strategic, and business initiatives to build best-in-class solutions, introducing new and trusted partners as relevant.
  • Act as lead producer for onsite execution
  • Manage and be responsible for all suppliers / vendors for campaign(s).
  • Be accountable for the overall quality and level of the executions. Ensure client goals and project timelines are being met.


Qualifications and relevant experience


  • Industry experience: Minimum seven (7) years of industry experience, specifically delivering experiential programs. You need to be able to demonstrate you have delivered projects end-to-end and it is also often desirable to have experience working with big brands against tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent organizational skills: Highly organized to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and to a high standard whilst keeping all parties updated and ensuring project administration. Successfully work across teams, projects, time zones and technologies.
  • Diplomacy skills: You will be facilitating between creative teams, development teams, and clients which can naturally push against each other.
  • Stakeholder management: You need to be able to translate production terminology to clients and stakeholders. Must be client facing: able to clearly present decks (including Keynote), ideas, challenges, and solutions.
  • Budget management: You need to be able to build cost estimates, sometimes with limited information, and manage time and spend to hit targets.
  • Resource management: Identify and appoint the correct resource and brief them as and when projects come in. Ability to work in a team environment and independently. Experience in mentoring other team members.
  • Third party management: outsource work to third parties or engage with other third parties who are also working on the client’s project.
  • Multitasking: You need to be comfortable managing a range of different projects with multiple design and development teams and stakeholders, so you need to be able to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure.
  • Critical thinking: Proven ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity. Ability to problem solve independently. Work well under pressure and quick-thinking.
