D’Addario is seeking a highly organized and experienced Producer/Project Manager to partner with the Strategy and Creative teams to oversee the end-to-end production of photo and video content. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the logistics required to consistently deploy high quality content at scale, across D’Addario’s owned channels.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Collaboration and Coordination 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Artist Marketing, Creative, Editors) to manage and execute content across paid and organic social, digital media, e-tailer websites, and (url removed). 

Partner closely with Strategy and Creative to prioritize and manage all projects being generated, understanding project goals and managing budgets and timelines. 

Participate in strategy planning sessions, providing input on if, how, who and how quickly content can support each initiative. 

Organize the flow of incoming work, refine deliverables, and identify available resources, both internal and external, to get the work done quickly and efficiently. 

Develop and maintain project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements and anticipate challenges and risks. 

Ensure projects stay on track through support and communication. Host discussions with the Strategy & Artist Marketing teams; as well as meetings between internal marketing departments. Communicate project updates to the business units and stakeholders. 

Timeline Management 

Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of photo/video content. 

Proactively identify and address potential delays, making adjustments as necessary. 

Collaborate with teams to establish realistic timelines for each phase of production from concept to delivery. 

Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery. 

Producing High Quality Content at Scale 

Establish and enforce workflow standards for the creation of all photo, video, graphic, illustration, etc. content. 

Conduct regular reviews of work in progress to ensure it aligns with project objectives and creative briefs. 

Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the quality of deliverables. 

Client and Stakeholder Communication 

Act as the main point of contact for Strategy, Creative and Product Management. 

Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or queries. 

Manage expectations and ensure all parties are aligned and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. 

Budget Management 

Manage content production budgets, effectively allocating funds across the needs of each brand. 

Track expenses and reconcile with budget allocations. 

Work in partnership with the Director of Project Management to provide quarterly and yearly budget reports to stakeholders. 

Qualifications:
7+ years of proven experience in project management, specifically in photo/video content production.

Strong understanding of the video production process, from concept to delivery.

Experience working with video production software and tools.

Knowledge of current trends and technologies in video content production.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with project management tools and software

 

The base salary range for this role would be commensurate with experience: $100k-$120k per year
