Position: Community Sponsorship Coordinator

**6-month contract with the potential for extensions

Hybrid - in office T,W,TH


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with accounting and budget management
  • Knowledge of agriculture
  • Former member of FFA or 4-H

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage data input and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Community Marketing on daily tasks
  • Review sponsorship requests and make recommendations
  • Coordinate promotional items for events
  • Conduct research on experiential marketing and business standards
  • Provide guidance to stores on event best practices
