We are seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented and experienced Avionics Product Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through bridging the gap between product development and sales by creating and executing strategies that promote avionics products to target markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in development, technical sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of avionics and aerospace.

Responsibilities:

· Execute strategic sales initiatives in the aerospace sector, with a particular focus on avionics products and services.

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, create and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback and business priorities.

· Prepare and deliver technical proposals and commercial quotes tailored to customer requirements.

· Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.

· Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales team to ensure successful product development and launch.

· Monitor product performance and gather data to inform future product decisions and improvements.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand market presence.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

· Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Computer Science), Associate’s degree, or Pilot Experience Certificate.

· Five (5) plus years of experience in aerospace or defense development, marketing, or sales, preferably in avionics.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and travel domestically and international as needed.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve success.

· Deep understanding of product roadmaps, sales, and marketing strategies and techniques.
