Job Summary

This is a fully remote position located within the United States. The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth and leading global marketing initiatives for Zinpro products and solutions. The role involves strategic planning, business plan development, market analysis, competitive strategies, messaging, and content creation for products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage key marketing initiatives that align with Zinpro's business strategies.
  • Build global marketing campaigns and communications that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and business results.
  • Analyze competitive marketing strategies and tactics for aquacultural segments to develop a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape.
  • Help shape the overarching Zinpro global marketing strategy, culture, and future direction.
  • Collaborate across regional business enterprises to adapt the marketing strategy to meet local, species-specific market needs.
  • Oversee and evaluate market and customer research to adjust marketing strategy to meet changing competitive conditions.
  • Partner with Zinpro's external agencies and internal corporate brand, digital, and regional marketing teams to deliver effective marketing communication strategies and plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, animal science, or related field.
  • Experience and knowledge in companion animal (pet) marketing.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing management and sales development.
  • Familiar with variety of global marketing and animal nutrition concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering results, leading, and working with global and cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
  • Strong leadership, planning, project management, and execution skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, developing business cases, and ROI models.
  • Proven adaptability with a high sense of urgency and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, facilitate, influence, and organize across groups at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Proven experience developing and cultivating strong working relationships and credibility with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, animal science, or related field.
  • Experience in pet marketing.
  • Experience in aquaculture marketing.
  • Experience with a global matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional corporate office environment. The preferred location is open to candidates in Zinpro's global footprint with the ability to work remotely.
