Summary/Objective

Paymentus is the leader in electronic billing and payments. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Graphic Designer. In this role, you will support the design team in creating visually appealing and effective designs to meet the team’s needs. You will work closely with the creative team to execute on various projects including developing designs for print, email, digital and web.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. They will be self-motivated and a strong team player who takes pride in quality, precision, and measurable results. Looking for an excellent communicator, designer and creative thinker with the ability to work well with other team members and deliver impactful work. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, design and organizational skills, be analytical and have the ability to work well under pressure to hit deadlines.


Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute concepts for print and digital media.
  • Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating our messaging to the desired audience.
  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and design various materials as part of our CAST program.
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet the needs of the teams and clients we support.
  • Create visually appealing and professionally designed PowerPoint presentations for various teams.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating updated graphics for the company.
  • Organize and maintain the artwork library to make sure all files are up to date and accessible to team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit assigned deadlines.
  • Prepare files for print and web production and QA design for errors.
  • Field other design requested as assigned.


Education and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience preferably in a digital & B2B SaaS environment or Ad Agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Design Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus.
  • Experience with both print and digital media.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative to solve challenges.
  • Excellent written communications and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.


Physical Demands

This role requires sitting or standing at a computer workstation.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
