LHH is seeking a Contract Learning & Development Coordinator for a renowned Credit Union. This employee will play a vital role as part of the Consulting team, engaging directly with credit union members and managing various consulting projects. This position encompasses project management, instructional design, and client support, contributing to the development of educational products and enhancing service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Consulting team to foster relationships with credit union members.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing project management and facilitating communication.
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of Learning & Development products.
  • Manage Salesforce
  • Organize and oversee consulting projects utilizing Microsoft 365 Planner.
  • Engage with HR and Talent Development professionals to assess client needs and recommend service enhancements.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with the VP of Consulting Services and clients or prospects.
  • Aid in the development and presentation of proposals for potential consulting clients.
  • Provide technical support for learning platforms and direct client assistance via virtual calls and training sessions.
  • Support Consulting by compiling data, generating reports, and coordinating communication for client interactions.
  • Contribute to talent development initiatives, including blog content.


Instructional Design and Development:

  • Create new educational materials aimed at specific membership segments, focusing on online learning formats such as Degreed pathways and asynchronous courses.
  • Assist in the design and execution of eLearning initiatives using Adult Learning principles.
  • Evaluate existing training materials for potential updates or modifications.


Cross-Training and Support:

  • Research and identify speakers and topics for professional development initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to departmental projects as needed.
  • Provide technical support for podcast production and other media.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years in talent development or training.
  • Skills: Proficient in eLearning development tools, with a strong understanding of Adult Learning principles. Project management, administrative, analytical, and reporting skills are essential. Must possess strong attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and a creative mindset for innovation.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in talent development or training support, with a solid understanding of business environments and familiarity with training technologies and materials. Experience with various training design methods, including eLearning, podcasts, videos, and classroom training. Ability to analyze and interpret technical information through reporting.
