Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the HR team
  • Assist with payroll and compensation processes
  • Manage employee files
  • Build out performance management process
  • Manage interview processes in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist with high volume scheduling, onboarding, and training meetings


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2-4 years of HR experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction


The annual base salary range is $60k to $80k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
