Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives to promote our brand and products.
  • Assist with the production and design of electronic marketing materials and printed collateral, maintaining consistency with the company brand.
  • Update and maintain home listings on the website and listing services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide project-specific administrative support to marketing, sales, and office staff, facilitating smooth operations.
  • Support social media efforts by writing posts and assisting with video and photo content creation.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all materials are prepared.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral, working closely with design teams.
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, strategies, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and provide insights for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, collaborating with the web development team for necessary changes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Take on additional responsibilities to assist the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Creative design skills with knowledge of font usage, imagery, color, and layout.
  • Competency with Adobe InDesign; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Competency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Customer-focused with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of market research techniques.
  • Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS).
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
