Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness for our homecare agency. This role will involve a combination of outside sales and marketing efforts, including building relationships with referral sources, promoting our services to potential clients and families, and implementing marketing strategies to attract new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through regular communication, networking events, and in-person visits.
- Educate referral sources about our services, benefits, and value proposition to generate client referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate client assessments, develop care plans, and ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and awareness in the community.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, print materials, and community events, to promote our services.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, including workshops, health fairs, and informational seminars, to engage potential clients and referral sources.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate the benefits of our homecare services.
Smile and Dial Approach:
- Embrace a "smile and dial" mentality, maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while proactively reaching out to potential referral sources and clients.
- Use persuasive communication skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and generate interest in our homecare services.
- Demonstrate resilience and perseverance in overcoming objections and challenges to achieve sales targets and business growth.
