We are seeking a Senior Director with 8+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in delivering Salesforce solutions to our private sector clients. The ideal candidate has experience in overseeing multiple project teams and managing various client relationships. YOU DO: 💻

  • Accountable for people and Salesforce projects within a portfolio of clients, to include people management, account and project success, delivery excellence, and culture advocacy
  • Supports new business growth within portfolio through account planning, anticipating future client needs, and implementing approaches to capture new business
  • Maintains authentic relationships with current, past, and prospective clients to support client success and business development opportunities
  • Works closely with resources across DCS and externally to manage sold work and to set the delivery team up for success every day
  • Proactively manages resource & financial forecasting, budgeting, prioritization, staffing, performance, and risks across portfolio
  • Clearly articulates the business strategy and value of our work to both the team and clients
  • Establishes and maintains balance between client priorities, DCS strategy, and people needs with a drive towards client success
  • Provides oversight and guidance to project managers and and team members to ensure that our work supports our clients’ business objectives while adhering to our tolerance for risk, high standards of delivery, and overall quality of life and work
  • Maintains a high level of business acumen, with the ability to anticipate future needs across clients and the broader company in order to scale growth and mitigate client risk
  • Is able to thrive in situations of ambiguity and helps engage the team to navigate during periods of change
  • Develops, coaches, and mentors staff of diverse backgrounds


YOU HAVE: 🎓

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce
  • 6+ years of systems consulting experience
  • Experience leading multiple engagements and teams in a remote environment
  • Ability to work within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for team events as needed
