JOB SUMMARY FOR PROCUREMENT SOURCING ANALYST:


  • Seeking a Sourcing and Supplier Managment Specialist for a client located in East Peoria, IL.
  • Role responsibility includes scope from quote to production.
  • Hybrid
  • Pay range: $30-40/hr


RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROCUREMENT SOURCING ANALYST:


  • Quoting
  • Analyzing quote analysis for best Total Cost of Ownership
  • Managing source moves from current to new supplier
  • Monitoring buffer inventory
  • Managing tool moves associated with source change
  • Work closely with Category Buyers, Supplier Development Engineers, Design Engineers to ensure all requirements for quality, volume, supplier readiness are met
  • Preparing and presenting to Project Stakeholders


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PROCUREMENT SOURCING ANALYST:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years minimum related experience required in any of the following: Purchasing, Casting, Machining, Engineering, Project Management, New Product Introduction, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Quality.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROCUREMENT SOURCING ANALYST:


  • Casting, Machining, Engineering, Project Management, New Product Introduction, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Quality experience will all be beneficial.
  • Experience working with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, MS Project.
  • Experience in Purchasing.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Global Team Coordination.
  • Presentation skills and experience.
