Sungage Financial is looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our growing sales team working from O'ahu HI. The TAM will be responsible for developing new business through prospecting as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. The sales team environment is built around fostering long-term relationships with the right customers. Our culture is driven and ambitious, and you'll be well supported in a highly collaborative and interactive environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new and current relationships with business owners and sales reps for adoption and use of Sungage products
  • Provide sales forecasts for your region
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Execute on sales plan within your region
  • Work effectively in a collaborative environment with Customer Experience team members assigned to your region
  • Provide feedback to product management and marketing teams to support growth
  • Be responsible for delivering training to sales reps within your region
  • Understand key metrics for your region and be able to interpret performance
  • Understand the competitive landscape within your region and provide timely and thoughtful feedback to sales management
  • Display dedication to responsiveness - both to customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B, but solar not required
  • Strong phone skills
  • An ability to craft written communications that are concise, professional, and compelling
  • A high degree of comfort with video conferencing/messaging as a medium for communication
  • An ability to interpret key metrics and use them to inform action. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • An ability to exercise good judgment at the moment and work within a collaborative environment to solve complex problems
  • Highly organized with an ability to discern and refine processes
  • An ability to manage time independently
  • CRM experience with a preference for Salesforce
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated
