Location: Remote WITHIN North Florida/South Georgia

Hours: M-F, 8-5pm

Salary: “Level II” - $90k-110k (w/ cert)

Must-Haves:

  • Clear understanding of systems functionality and/or HB departmental processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years minimum experience in application support and content building – Epic Resolute HB
  • EPIC certification is required within 6 months of date of hire/transfer into position, or within three attempts at passing the exam – new version training required w/ new version releases


Plusses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field

  • **Certified in Epic Resolute HB (Resolute Hospital Billing) – support core functions
  • Experience supporting charge area – charge router, charge admin

Day-to-Day:

  • Interpreting and distributing documentation related to systems functionality, upgrades and enhancements
  • Creating/modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations
  • Duties may include instructing system users on workflows
  • Troubleshooting tickets via a ticket queue
  • Upgrades to system every 6 mo-1 yr – team members rotate through leading an upgrade project
  • Heavy build work
  • Maintain and upkeep all system documentation
  • Mentoring new team members
  • Cross training others from PB for backup support
  • Participate in heavy customer meetings
  • Carry out optimization of the system
  • Team of 3 Analysts and 1 Claims (HB) – Peer team on PB side, 6
