We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at UF Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports for EPIC Resolute and Prelude users, as well as coordinating collection and organization of financial and operational data for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain reports for EPIC Resolute and Prelude users
• Coordinate collection and organization of financial and operational data
• Provide data analysis and insights to support management decision-making
• Design, develop, and coordinate training for unit-specific areas or specialties
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare billing, reporting, and accounts receivable
• EPIC Resolute and EPIC Reporting Certification within 1 year of hire or transfer
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in user training, education, and documentation
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
