Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to improving their lives through evidence-based practices.


Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA

- Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

- Assist in the development of new treatment plans and behavior strategies

- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members

- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
