Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism develop new skills and improve their quality of life.

About the Role

The Registered Behavior Technician position is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for helping others. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with patients, implementing individualized programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in a variety of settings, including our therapy center, homes, schools, and community-based locations.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA programs for patients with autism
  • Work one-on-one with patients, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities
  • RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain within the orientation/training period)
Work Environment

This role operates in a clinical environment, with frequent travel to offsite locations. The physical demands of this position require standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
