The Systems Engineering Team is responsible for technical design, operations, mission planning, and business operations for the full life cycle of customer-specific operations (from concept through development

and installation/O&M).


The ideal candidate work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.


Responsibilities:

• Provide O&M of existing network systems.

• Review and provide technical designs and system testing plans.

• Provide technical feedback on contractor's designs.

• Track major milestones and reviews.

• Advising on the CONOP and use cases for customer network equipment and end-users.

• Integrate and configure COTS systems to fit into legacy and upgraded enterprise systems.

• Run system vulnerability scans using COTS scan tools.

• Design and maintain systems: operating systems, patch, configure, and interface with other

mission-partner organizations.

• Develop/review test strategies for the evaluation of systems.

• Assist in the review and assessment of contractor deliverables.

• Design, build, and test communication architectures that are to be installed at base-end

systems.

• Able to build systems: install operating systems, patch, configure, and interface with other

organizations.



Qualifications:

Active/Current TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Design, development, and testing of

communication architectures that are deployed.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Cloud (C2E) development experience.

• Understanding of TCP/IP network protocols.

• Proven experience in network engineering.

• Ability to build systems: install operating systems, patch, configure,

Configuring network infrastructure, Linux servers, and Windows servers.

• Experience managing firewall and router access control lists.

• Cloud development experience.

• Strong understanding of VMWare virtualization builds.
