A defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Team. This person will support key day-to-day processes such as technical support for software and hardware, configuring Windows, Linux, and Apple computers with the latest software and assisting with various upgrades across the tech-fleet. The analyst will also support in maintaining the inventory and asset management program. Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management System. This will be onsite 5 days a week in our Washington DC Office.
Must Haves:
3+ years of experience in a Service Desk Technician role
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket que
Experience with basic Adobe Application and SAAS Platforms
Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple Hardware
Extremely detail oriented and strong communication skills
Plusses:
