OVERVIEW:


The Onsite Coordinator acts as the liaison between Balance Staffing and our associates dedicated to a client site. The Onsite Coordinator will support associates for an individual client site administratively as well as supports the overall delivery of the staffing program.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


  • Provide highest levels of customer service to diverse workforce throughout all levels of the organization
  • Meet and greet all new associates on their first day and assist in triaging employee questions and concerns
  • Partner with the recruiters to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate experience throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Ensure Bullhorn ATS is updated and employee profiles are accurate at all times
  • Double check that entries in the system follow expectations and standard
  • Run reports daily to audit all Job Order and ensure accuracy
  • Complete the new hire process for all Job Orders are entered into Bullhorn ATS
  • Audit the system to ensure the new hire process is completed accurately (background processed, direct deposit set-up, etc.)
  • Cross train and learn all administrative functions to become familiar and assist as needed
  • Support the onboarding process (New Hire Orientation, employee files, etc.)
  • Maintain data integrity across all sources of employee information


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ​1-2+ years' experience in staffing or similar environment
  • Basic computer skills with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word
  • Ability to speak Spanish (preferred)
  • Willingness to be on site at West Jordan Client Friday-Sunday
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to communicate well


PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS:


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. On occasion, duties may require the wearing of proper safety equipment in areas where such equipment is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Balance reserves the right to require in person work when necessary. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing duties of this job, the employee can be expected to work flexible hours, including before 8am and after 5pm.
