Our client, is a leading provider of innovative solutions for customers in a variety of industries, including space manufacturing and medical devices. With a commitment to digital transformation, they are driving the integration of disparate ERP systems across its acquired companies to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Syteline Solutions Architect to join our team. Reporting directly to the IT organization, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the standardization and optimization of Syteline ERP solutions across our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute roadmaps for Syteline ERP implementation and optimization.
  • Lead the design and architecture of Syteline solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering to inform system configuration and customization.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, business analysts, and testing personnel.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of additional technologies and tools alongside Syteline, such as Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external consulting partners, ensuring successful project delivery and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP systems, with deep expertise in Syteline implementation and optimization.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong business acumen and experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms, such as Azure, is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with MRP and financial modules within Syteline is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • This is a direct-hire position with a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, plus a 5% bonus.
  • The role offers a fully remote work environment with occasional travel as needed.
