Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Syteline Solutions Architect to join our team. Reporting directly to the IT organization, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the standardization and optimization of Syteline ERP solutions across our global business operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute roadmaps for Syteline ERP implementation and optimization. Lead the design and architecture of Syteline solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering to inform system configuration and customization. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, business analysts, and testing personnel. Oversee the implementation and integration of additional technologies and tools alongside Syteline, such as Power BI and Salesforce. Act as the primary liaison with external consulting partners, ensuring successful project delivery and knowledge transfer. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in ERP systems, with deep expertise in Syteline implementation and optimization. Proven track record of successful project management and leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong business acumen and experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams. Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms, such as Azure, is highly desirable. Prior experience with MRP and financial modules within Syteline is preferred. Additional Information: This is a direct-hire position with a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, plus a 5% bonus. The role offers a fully remote work environment with occasional travel as needed.
