RESPONSIBILITIES: Work under the direction of the Regional Beverage Manager and General Manager to manage daily operations of all matters of beverage operations Ensure all beverage policies and service responsibilities are upheld Offer and Inspire exemplary guest service Establish policies and procedures for beverage staff, to include safety and personal hygiene Responsible for efficient, cost effective operation of beverage, including but not limited to; labor management, inventory control, security and proper use of operating supplies and equipment Supervises daily activities related to production/delivery of quality product/service Assist with beverage purchase requisitions, assembles beverage outlet orders in beverage storeroom and delivers same to respective outlets Coach and counsel team members as needed in order to ensure superior levels of performance Attend departmental meetings and administrative hearings as required Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager. REQUIREMENTS: 2-4 years of experience in Beverage Management, lead Sommelier, lead Bartender positions in a high volume upscale restaurant A deep knowledge of spirits, wine and all beverages. Available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Toast POS. Proven team player willing to roll up your sleeves - a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team. Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility and leadership.
