EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Required: College degree, two-year culinary degree, or equivalent work experience. Two years of experience in full-service or high-volume restaurants. Basic understanding of restaurant management.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and management abilities
  • Excellent planning and public relations skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT:Ambitious, fast-paced, with tight deadlines and the need to juggle multiple projects.
