  • Process and send customer invoices by mail, email, or portal submission
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable Aging Report
  • Prepare and process customer tooling invoices and update Tooling Log
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closings
  • Act as liaison for audits and work with Controller to resolve audit issues
  • Analyze the Prepaid Tooling Account
  • Assist Controller with special projects
  • Track customer payment discrepancies
  • Process inter-company invoices
  • Maintain historical records and filing of documents

Follow Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems

  • Support operations in Mexico as needed
  • Participate in plant recycling programs

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
