You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.

You would be responsible for the overall daily operations of a group home including program development, supervision of residential staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for youth, and assurance of quality of milieu services.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Rutland, MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges.

This position is located in Fitchburg, MA and is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid drivers license
Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education or other related field or High School Diploma with 12 years relevant Human Service experience

required
Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience

required
Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland
