**Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the LPN / Med Tech**
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Provide care according to residents’ care plans.
- Engage with residents in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity.
- Maintain a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.
- Document resident information in charts by completing reports, logs, and records.
- Report changes in resident’s condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

**Education / Experience / Licensure
- Certification of the LPN / Med Tech**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- LPN license preferred

**Skills and Abilities of the LPN / Med Tech**
- Possess a high level of care and compassion to provide direct resident care
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
