You will represent the firm as an expert in the designated field. Your role involves managing the department efficiently to offer cost-effective services to department managers, project managers, staff, and other employees while ensuring profitability for the company.
Responsibilities- Providing leadership, strategic direction, and guidance for the discipline to meet financial and growth objectives.
- Ensuring productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of work within the discipline.
- Developing and executing marketing and business development strategies in collaboration with Corporate Marketing and Business Development teams.
