In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate reporting and accountability of all OE logistics processes within the division. Your duties will include coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, optimizing shipping procedures, managing inventory, and facilitating communication with vendors and customers. It's a dynamic position that requires a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor OE logistics operations
- Utilize logistics IT modules for efficient shipping procedures
- Oversee logistics processes and inventory management
- Communicate with vendors and customers to achieve mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock and orders
- Prepare reports for the SCM Director

Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics
- Experience in customer service and administration
- Knowledge of OE supply regulations and ISO requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
