Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to manage the entire order fulfillment process. This role involves ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, working closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure inventory availability and resolve order issues, minimizing delays and disruptions.
  • Track orders and address any delays or disruptions, maintaining open communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate order status to customers and resolve inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records in the order management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in a related field, such as business or supply chain management.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in operations or customer service, with a strong understanding of order management systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with order management systems, preferably ERP, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
